StockAura provides a platform for stock market research, analysis, and paper trading simulation. Our services include:

• Pro Plan: $29.99/month - Full access to all features
• Enterprise Plan: $99.99/month - Unlimited access with priority support

Billing Terms:

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Annual subscriptions receive a 20% discount
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Refunds are provided at our discretion within 7 days of purchase

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
• You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
• No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period
• Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, then deleted

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Abuse our Service or other users
• Fail to pay subscription fees when due
• Provide false or misleading information

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of StockAura or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Market data is provided by third-party sources including Yahoo Finance and Finnhub. All third-party trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STOCKAURA AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Financial losses from investment decisions
• Service interruptions or data inaccuracies
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Any other damages arising from use of our Service

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StockAura and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
